Flooded with natural light from large, north-facing windows, the main house sleeps six. The adjacent tiny home sleeps two and has its own bathroom and kitchen, making it ideal for larger groups needing a little extra space.

The spectacular Sandy Point surf beach an easy 12-minute walk or 4-minute bike ride away. Shallow Inlet, renowned for fishing is a 5-minute car ride away.

OFF-GRID SPECIFICS
This is an off-grid home, so a few things to keep in mind:
Power — The property runs entirely on solar and battery power. Do not leave split system heating/cooling running overnight - this will flatten the battery. Please also be mindful of bringing along high-draw appliances such as hairdryers/straighteners, fan heaters or portable cooking equipment, ie induction cooktops/roasting racks/air fryers, etc. There is no dishwasher or TV.
Water — The property relies solely on tank water, so please keep showers short to conserve supply.
Tiny Home Compost Toilet — A compost toilet system is installed in the tiny home only — instructions for use are displayed in the bathroom. There is a full flush toilet in main house.
