Power — The property runs entirely on solar and battery power. Please be mindful of bringing along / using high draw appliances such as hairdryers, straighteners, portable heaters / cooking appliances etc
Water — Rain water is collected in tanks, so please be mindful of keeping showers short.


Flooded with natural light from large, north-facing windows, the main house sleeps six. The adjacent tiny home sleeps two and has its own bathroom and kitchen, making it ideal for larger groups needing a little extra space.
The spectacular Sandy Point surf beach an easy 12-minute walk or 4-minute bike ride away. Shallow Inlet, renowned for fishing is a 5-minute car ride away.
